Elite Football Programme
Working with AF Global at a private school in Teignmouth has involved the provision of psychological testing, classroom-based workshops, pitch-based exercises and individual support for players aged 12-18. It has been brilliant to work alongside a brilliant team, where the work that we have done to support the players' mental performance has since been expanded, and replicated across two other UK based schools, and soon, Spain too.

Academy support
Delivering workshops across the academy to players in age groups from u11 to u16 on topics including mindset, emotional intelligence and visualisation. CPD sessions for coaches aimed at developing skills in identifying specific needs and support strategies for particular players

Panellist - Innovation in Sport
Panel appearance at the 'Everything in Sport - Women's Edition' conference at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester. Across the panel we discussed what innovative appraoches women's sport can take that differs from how male dominated sports operate; with my particular focus on how womens' sport can integrate psychological support.
