These programmes can be accessed on the website or the app. Programmes consist of 'sessions' which are released every two weeks from when you join the programme. Sessions contain video recordings from me, a written article, examples from elite sport, quizzes and a 'mission' to implement in your sport in between sessions. Each session should take around 20-30 minutes to complete, and each step (video/quiz/article) can be completed at your convenience to fit into most schedules. Extra recommended reading/watching can be completed separately. This is a programme of continuous development. New sessions will continue to be released to you every two weeks, to allow for ample opportunity to digest the content and to engage in the mission, for as long as you are on the programme. Sessions are grouped into 'blocks' of 5, which build on the previous content. The first block is aims to explore your sporting values and your role in your child's athletic journey. Later blocks focus more on specific mental skills, such as goal setting, emotional intelligence and managing concentration.
