HOW IT WORKS

Consultation involves observations, followed by a psychological profiling exercise to determine the priority areas for work. A bespoke plan for intervention is then built and agreed.

I work with athletes from all sports, ages and abilities. I work both individuals and groups and can complete work through in-person sessions, video calls and physical and digital materials.

Whilst much of sport psychology takes place away from practice. I am aware that some of it must also take place at  training and competitions. I can design training drills and competition interventions to make it count when it matters.

I have worked with athletic teams, coaching teams and with individuals in sports including football, rugby, tennis, badminton and showjumping.
